DESCRIPTION OF THE METHOD

The One Drop method consists of a portable rinsing unit and a system of water catch trays.

Together they provide a professional cleaning wherever the vehicle is parked. With this completely self-contained system, the customer keeps his/her keys after parking.

There is no need to move the vehicle to any specific area.

First is the catch tray system. The catch trays are an interlocking system of trays, which catch both rinse as well as waste water.

The catch trays fit any sized vehicle and are designed to keep the wash area clean. The idea is said to bring the wash-bay to the vehicle.

The second part of the system is the portable rinse unit.Unlike the bucket method which use the same water to wash the vehicle as to rinse it, the one drop method provides its vehicle with a full pre-–wash rinsing. This eliminates the scratching which goes with washing a vehicle without removing the loose surface dirt. The manually pressurized portable rinsing unit also has no distance limitations. One type is worn on the wash technicians back and one drop has also fashioned a rolling portable rinse unit. Closely parked vehicles can also receive the thorough and professional cleaning provided by rolling the rinse unit to the vehicle.

The tire lips actually channel water over the tyre into the catch trays. The catch trays and tyre lip combination is ideal for those areas where the surface needs to be kept clean and dry.

Unlike conventional car washes, which require customers to travel to it, and then wait on the car to be cleaned, One Drop captures its customers while they are performing other required tasks , or engaging in more desirable past times like working, shopping or exercising.

The idea is to professionally clean the vehicle where it parks without the mess that normally remains after cleaning.

The waste water can be taken away or intentionally disposed of .
